Can I change plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing date.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any hosting plan. For project work (web design, plugins, software), everything is included in the quoted price.
What's the minimum contract length?
Hosting plans run month to month after an initial period. The initial term is confirmed in your proposal — we'll be upfront about this before you commit to anything.
Do you offer discounts for paying annually?
Yes — annual billing is available at a discounted rate. Ask us about this when you get in touch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and direct debit. Monthly plans are billed automatically so there's nothing to remember.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site and all associated files are yours. We'll provide a full export and help you migrate to a new host. No data is deleted without your explicit instruction.
